It allows you to lower your valance for times when the sun enters your home at a deep angle. This can help prevent glare at the times when you need it most, the early mornings and just before sunset. Crank operated, the Vario-volant is an inexpensive way to get the most out of your awning at the times when you need the most protection.

Unisolmatic Pitch Adjustment
There are cases where it might be more effective to simply adjust your awning to the pitch of your choice. For times like these, there is the Unisolmatic Pitch adjustment. Also operated using a crank, the Unisolmatic can raise or lower the angle of your awning in only a few seconds. Simply extend your awning and adjust it to the pitch of your choice.

A Hood for Protection
In some areas climate is more brutal than in others. For those special cases, hood protection is right for you. A hood offers extra protection for your awning when the area that you live in receives extreme rain, sunlight, or sand-blasts. Hoods are custom made to your awning, and can be removed at any time because they are fastened using high quality industrial strength clips. Even with a hood in place, an awning can be operated like it isn't even there.
